Urban decay demolition eyeliner Urban Decay claims these pencils are “creamy, award-winning 24/7 formula, which glides on smoothly and dries down to a long-lasting finish” While I don’t refute that claim, and do find that most of the pencils/shades do deliver on these promises, I thought it was fairly inaccurate given the inconsistencies, particularly on the shades that have some kind of texture (i.e. fine glitter)

Let's talk application because this pencil still has one of my favorite delivery systems. Urban Decay means it when it says "Glide-On." The formula goes on super buttery and smooth and has perfect texture for smudging. Or, if you're not into smudging, you can leave the line alone and it will still give you a nice, tight smooth line that will stay put for hours. E.l.f. Cosmetics Waterproof Eyeliner Pen I have this pencil in a number of colors (fun fact: there are 48 vibrant hues and finishes to choose from), and I notice when I use some of the shades on my lower lash line, it can be difficult to get off, so I use a Q-tip dipped in micellar water to reach those crevices my double cleansing missed. I like to put a lot on, especially when I'm using a vibrant shade, so if you're heavy-handed like me, keep in mind you might be seeing traces of whatever hue you use for a bit.
